BMG & Gibson Labels objective was to raise awareness around Slash’s new solo album ‘4’, by heavily promoting Slash’s new single ‘River is Rising’, which is the single leading into the album release. The clients also wanted to extend their overall campaign reach through interacting with our app users and increasing Slash app engagement.

The Competition:
In addition to delivering impactful reach, BMG & Gibson Labels also identified this as a perfect opportunity to run a competition for our audience to win a Gibson Epiphone Guitar when requesting Slash through the SUBTV app.
Did it work?
SUBTV X Slash proved to be a highly effective campaign in order to increase reach across Gen Z audience. The competition also increased the engagement with our audience, with Slash becoming our Top 5 most requested artist during the campaign.
